The Veranda offers an intimate collection of 34 stylish independent living villa apartments that situate on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors above the Casey’s Pond main entrance and grand room. They include a variety of one and two bedroom designs complemented with full kitchens, laundry centers, and elegantly appointed baths. Residents will enjoy the benefits of our community amenities and hospitality services.

Independent Living combines residential living, a variety of social, recreational, dining, educational amenities, and hospitality services to create a “cruise ship on land” experience. Here is a list of our proposed exterior and interior community amenities:
