• 24-hour, secured living environment
• Exam suite for physician and allied health house calls with services to be provided by local health care professionals
• Access to full-time wellness and lifestyle coordinator providing social, cultural, and educational programming for the community
• Transportation program to various community amenities within Steamboat Springs in a community-owned vehicle
• Culinary program offering three meals per day plus snacks for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing and two meals per day for independent living residents
• Weekly housekeeping, laundry, and flat linen service
• Maintenance-free living and care for the campus provided by designated maintenance team to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Reception/message center
• Paid utilities including basic cable and wireless Internet
• 24-hour access to caregiver staff for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing residents, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Resident-Members will have priority access to other levels of housing and care on the Casey’s Pond campus.
